The "low tech" solution to collimation is to hang a weight roughly equal to that of the camera on the laser.  To collimate, just adjust the bolts until the laser points to the center of the 25" mirror, and then tighten them down (just finger tight).   Next, adjust the mirror to return the beam to the laser.
