Exposure:     G = 10x60 seconds

Processing:   Maxim DL 4.0, RegiStar 1.0 (align,combine), Photoshop 5.0 (Levels, Curves, Unsharp Mask)

Location:   My backyard in Ridgecrest, CA (Mojave Desert), 2600 ft. elevation, population 30,000

Date:         12/03/05

Comments:  Series of ten 1 minute exposures using Maxim DL 4.0 and the CFW-8A green filter. Nice example of what can be done without a field de-rotator.  At this latitude (~35 deg North) NGC 2419 has very little field rotation until it gets above 70 degrees elevation.  All of the clear images were taken above 65 degrees elevation so only used the lower elevation angle images from the green filter.
